Taster events/Ladies night/Baby shower/Bachelorette/Team building/Beginner workshops
Belly dance can be a wonderful way to bring your team together, be that to celebrate a birthday, wedding or new baby - or a merger, sales target or charity event. Sara is available to teach teams of 6 to 600 in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Every event is different and can be tailored to your needs. Here are a few ideas:

- Typical contents of 1 hour: Talk, lesson inc: full warm up, cool down, three moves, short choreography/ combination, and performance to each other.
- Typical contents of 2 hours: Talk including history of belly dance, or my experience as a belly dancer, or topic of your choice. Lesson including: full warm up, cool down, 5 or more moves, short choreography. I can add a short performance (5 minutes - no costume change) if requested.
- Typical contents of 3 hours: - as above plus use of veils or finger cymbals, stage craft and presentation. Choreography drilled so that it can be performed to others (with prior consent).
Prices start at $70 for an hour and there may be an extra charge for car parking, security, dresser, changes of costume, delays or split sessions, late night or last minute bookings. Please consider booking your belly dance event around 3 months ahead of your proposed date. The venue is not included in this pricing.
The organiser is asked to provide:
The date is reserved once a check for 50% has been received, otherwise dates are not held and may be booked by other people. Events are considered cancelled if a check for 50% has not been received 2 weeks prior to the event. The reservation fee of 50% is non- refundable and covers preparation for the event (Costumes, music, rehearsals). For charity events we require a holding/preparation cheque for $50, which is then returned to you on the day of the event, but not returned if the event or performance is cancelled.

- Complete address, including zip and driving directions to the venue
- A contact phone number for the day
- A dance surface clear of food, liquids or debris
- Safe parking instructions
- A formal introduction to the participants on the evening
- A safe environment for stored property
- A back up set of iPod speakers
- A private and secure changing area if needed
- Confirmation that the property owner has been informed about the event
- Public liability insurance
